Continue Your Rowing Journey
This is an opportunity to expand your rowing experience after completing a Learn to Row Program (8 classes).
Intermediate and Experienced rowers may be mixed together or row separately. Lineups are determined by the coach. You can sign up for as many nights as you want to row.
We ask that you are able to swim and tread water and that you are covered under a health insurance plan.
Program Details
Participation in this program includes carrying the boat and moving it in and out of the water and rowing in a shell on the water. It is a whole body exercise and overall wonderful experience to synchronize with the other rowers and share the beauty of the canal.
Wear comfortable, non-baggy clothing (loose clothing can catch in the seat) and socks (shoes are stationary in the boat and you must wear socks). Bring a water bottle and be ready to have fun.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class to begin preparations so that the class can start on time.
